bottom left of your front windscreen.

STEP 2: Check your vehicle status

Enter your VIN below to check if your car is involved in a current Service campaign.

Your VIN should be 17 characters long and starts with "WAU", “WUA” or "TRU".

Please note that the VIN does not use the letters "O", "I" or "Q".

You are encouraged to copy the VIN for further submission

To call up your VIN in your infotainment system:

  1. Switch on the ignition.
  2. Press the ‘Car’ infotainment button (green circle)
  3. Press the ‘Setup’ function button.
  4. Select ‘Vehicle ID/number of key’ from the list.
